  • 2 hours of attendance and preparation, including:

  • Attendance and representation at a single hearing at the Magistrates Court.


This fee does not include:


  • Instruction of expert witnesses.
  • Taking statements from any witnesses.
  • Advice or assistance related to a special reasons hearing.
  • Advice or assistance concerning any appeal.

When a guilty plea has been entered and a hearing date is set, the following stages are typically involved:

  1. Initial Meeting: You will meet with your solicitor to provide instructions on what happened.
  2. Evidence Review and Advice: We will review the initial disclosure and any other evidence, offering advice tailored to your case.
